Description
This oil is gently extracted from borage seeds via cold pressing. It is characterized primarily by its high content of gamma-linolenic acid, which is an important fatty acid. In terms of taste, the oil is particularly popular due to its characteristic cucumbers flavour. It can be enjoyed pure or mixed with other oils and can be used for salad dressings. It can also be used for skincare products.
