Description
The organic lupine protein from Raab Vitalfood is a high-quality vegetable protein source that contains all essential amino acids. The lupine flour is made from the sweet lupine seeds, which are native to the Mediterranean. The powder is also perfect for athletes and for stirring into mueslis, smoothies, protein shakes, soups, sauces and desserts.
Consumption recommendation:
- Stir 2 tablespoons (10g each) of lupine protein into 250ml of liquid.
- Also tastes great with soy, spelt, almond or oat milk.
- In baked goods, up to 25% of the amount of flour can be replaced by lupine protein.
Hints:
- People who are allergic to legumes (especially peanuts) should avoid consuming lupine flour, as there is a risk of cross-reactions.
- Can be reusable.
